Hyderabad, Sept 7 (Maxim News): The High Court has issued key orders to the state DGP not to stop the police from stopping BRS MLAs from going to the assembly. It has also ordered strict action to be taken against the police who misbehaved with BRS women MLAs. The High Court, which heard the lunch motion petition filed by BRS MLA and former minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, directed the police to submit a full report on the issue and adjourned the case for two weeks.
Meanwhile, on Monday, the police stopped BRS MLAs and MLCs who came to the assembly wearing black T-shirts to protest the failure of the Congress’s 1000-day rule. On this occasion, a scuffle broke out between the police and the BRS MLAs. They behaved inhumanly by grabbing the hair of the female MLAs and pulling their sarees. BRS ranks across the state have taken up agitations protesting the police’s behavior. (Maxim News)
