Hyderabad, Sept. 20: Kardi Ai will launch its AI powered long term ECG monitoring technology in Hyderabad on September 26, 2026. The Czech HealthTech company aims to expand cardiac monitoring beyond the conventional 24 hour Holter test.
Dr. Ramana Jagarlamudi, Director of International Operations and Authorized Representative India at Kardi Ai, and Dr. Raghavendra Rao, Scientific Adviser and Co Founder of Eurasia Medical Technologies LLP, announced the launch at a press conference at FTCCI on Friday.
The India launch will be facilitated by Hyderabad based Eurasia Medical Technologies LLP, the Indian arm of Kardi Ai. The technology combines a wearable ECG chest strap, mobile connectivity and AI supported ECG analysis.
The system aims to monitor heart rhythm over a longer period while patients continue their normal daily activities. Therefore, doctors can access ECG data collected beyond the limited window of conventional tests.
Kardi Ai Extends Long Term ECG Monitoring
A conventional ECG provides a short snapshot of heart activity. A Holter monitor records cardiac activity for a defined period, often 24 hours. However, some abnormal heart rhythms occur intermittently.
Kardi Ai is designed to extend the monitoring period. This approach can help doctors identify rhythm abnormalities that may not appear during a short ECG or a conventional Holter examination.
“From snapshot to long-term observation, it goes a long way in studying the heart functioning more effectively,” the speakers said while explaining the concept.
They described ECG as a snapshot, a Holter monitor as a 24 hour recording and Kardi Ai as long term observation of heart rhythm.
The patient wears a lightweight ECG chest strap during daily activities. The recorded data moves through the mobile platform. AI supported analysis then assists physicians in reviewing the ECG and identifying potential rhythm abnormalities.
The technology supports physicians and does not replace clinical diagnosis or medical decision making. Kardi Ai is also being introduced as a prescription grade medical technology rather than a consumer fitness device.
According to the company, the device has secured an MD 15 licence from the Government of India for import and sale in the country. It also carries a CE mark under the European Union medical device regulatory framework.
The company describes the product as an EU MDR Class IIa medical device. Its manufacturing and quality processes align with ISO 13485, the international quality management standard for medical devices.
Kardi Ai India Launch Focuses on Cardiac Care
The September 26 programme will bring together cardiologists, electrophysiologists, physicians and hospital leaders. Healthcare technology professionals and other stakeholders will also attend.
The programme will include clinical sessions on cardiac arrhythmias and their detection. It will also examine the clinical value of long term ECG monitoring and Kardi Ai’s use in clinical practice.
A panel discussion will follow the clinical sessions. The programme will then conclude with the official India launch.
The event will take place from 6:30 PM onwards at Daspalla Hotel in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
The company said the launch comes as healthcare increasingly adopts remote monitoring, digital health and AI assisted clinical decision support.

WHO estimates that around 220 million Indians live with hypertension, one of the country’s major cardiovascular risk factors, while only about 12% have their blood pressure under control.”

The central proposition behind Kardi Ai is extended observation of heart rhythm. The company says a longer monitoring window can provide physicians with more information when abnormalities occur intermittently.
“From signal to insight for healthier lives” is the theme of the India launch. The programme will focus on long term ECG monitoring, remote cardiac care and artificial intelligence in cardiovascular healthcare.
