Hyderabad Graduates voter | Hyderabad, Nov. 5, 2026 (Maxim News): The District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner have appealed to gated communities, universities, educational institutions and residential welfare associations to cooperate with officials in preparing the new electoral roll for the Mahabubnagar–Rangareddy–Hyderabad Graduates’ Constituency.

The Election Commission of India has announced the schedule for preparing the revised electoral roll for the constituency. Public notices were issued on September 28, October 15 and October 25, 2026, inviting applications through Form-18.
Officials appointed to scrutinise the applications, along with Booth Level Officers (BLOs), are authorised to conduct field-level verification at the addresses provided by applicants.
However, the Hyderabad District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner have reportedly received information that some gated communities, universities, educational institutions and residential welfare associations are not allowing BLOs and other authorised officials to enter their premises, creating difficulties in completing the verification process.

In view of these concerns, the authorities have requested the managements of gated communities, universities, educational institutions and residential welfare associations to allow BLOs, designated officials and supervisory officers to enter their premises and facilitate verification of Form-18 applications.

The District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner have appealed to all concerned to extend full cooperation without creating obstacles, ensuring that every eligible graduate within the Mahabubnagar–Rangareddy–Hyderabad Graduates’ Constituency gets an opportunity to have their name included in the electoral roll.(Maxim News).
