Mumbai Bomb Threat | Amitabh Bachchan’s Residence Named in Second Recent Threat
This is the second recent threat involving Amitabh Bachchan’s name. On October 22, a threatening email sent to a Mumbai school also mentioned the actor. However, authorities clarified that Bachchan had received no direct threat.
Following that incident, the actor greeted fans outside Jalsa on Sunday from behind a protective glass shield. His son, Abhishek Bachchan, accompanied him.
Meanwhile, the All Indian Cine Workers Association appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for support. It raised concerns about the safety of film personalities and their families.
The latest threat comes amid several security incidents involving Bollywood personalities. On October 18, gunfire was reported at actor Tiger Shroff’s car in Mumbai. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang reportedly claimed responsibility.
Earlier this week, actors Tusshar Kapoor and Ayushmann Khurrana also received threatening messages allegedly linked to the gang.
