Telangana CM and TRS President K.Chandrashekhar Rao will address the nation and unveil the vision of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) for the nation at the 17th plenary session of the party scheduled to be held at GBR Cultural Association grounds near Kompally on April 27.
He will also provide direction to the party cadre about their role in the State as well as national politics.
