Hyderabad, July 9 (Maxim News): Former TSRTC Chairman Somarapu Satyanarayana today resigned to TRS membership citing lack of respect in the Party. Along with his followers, the former MLA from Ramagundam segment put in papers to the ruling party. He alleged that the party leaders denied books for membership drive and insulted him. There is no discipline in the TRS, he charged.
The former legislator alleged that former MP Balka Suman and district TRS leaders worked against him in the polls and hence he faced defeat.
He said that he will not join any other political party.“I will fight the municipal polls as independent and field his followers in the fray”, Satyanarayana said. There was a rumour that he may join the BJP fold, but he denied it.(Maxim News)
