KCR-KTR Duo Wooing Congress Leaders In Huzurnagar: Uttam
Suryapet, Sept.28 (Maxim News): TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy on Saturday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and his minister son K Tarakarama Rao were misusing power by making Pragathi Bhavan as their base to win the upcoming by-election in Huzurnagar Assembly constituency. He also alleged that the father-son duo was encouraging defections from Congress party. Addressing the media at Huzurnagar, Uttam alleged that Council chairman Gutta Sukhender Reddy was also indulging in politics despite being in a constitutional post.
He also alleged that false cases were being foisted against the Congress leaders from the Constituency in order demoralize them. Making it clear that the Congress would win the elections by 30,000 majority, Uttam mocked the ruling party leaders for roping in outsiders to save their faces in the constituency. Alleging that Congress leaders were being offered money to join the TRS, Uttam Kumar cited an example that Congress leaders Bette thanda Sarpanch from Palakidu mandal, Motilal and Palakidu ZPTC Jithender reddy, who had joined the ruling party, have returned home as they couldn’t bear harassment by the ruling party leaders. He demanded that the authorities hold the elections in a democratic manner. (Maxim News)
