TSRTC Strike Is Under Center’s Watch: Laxman
Hyderabad, Oct.15 (Maxim News): BJP State president K Laxman on Tuesday asked the agitating TSRTC workers and employees not to lose their courage and strength. He made these remarks while addressing a protest program held by the workers at Suryapeta. He said that their party was extending complete support to the strike of the employees. He said that the decision of the state government to extend Dasara holidays to education institutions was the first victory of the employees.
Taking an indirect jibe at Chief Minister KCR, he criticised that the leader who had united all political parties and civil society organisations and employees unions during the separate state agitation, had turned out to be their enemy. He took strong exception on appointment of Puvvada ajay kumar, who didn’t take part in separate Telangana agitation, as the state transport minister. He claimed that the union government had shifted its focus on the strike and added that the state unit of the BJP had already submitted a report on the issue to the central government. (Maxim News)
