Hyderabad, May 26 (Maxim News): TPCC President Ponnala Laxmaiah lashed out at state government for making false claims to take credit for achievements made by state during the Congress party rule. He alleged that the state government was ruling the state on the basis of fake publicity. He alleged that it was giving more priority to fake publicity by keeping facts aside.
Speaking to media persons he said that the IT exports had reached the mark of Rs.5000 crore in the year 1992 from a mere Rs.4 crore.. He also said that the state had made an exports of Rs.58,000 crore during his term as the IT minister of the state. He said that the IT exports had gone up by 12 times during the Congress party rule. with a jump of 12 times while making it clear that the IT exports had gone up only two times during the last six years rule of TRS party. Laxmaiah made it clear that the the Congress party led state government had brought several IT giants to Hyderabad and added that the Congress party led. State government had entered into an agreement with Apple Company. He said that they had not only developed International airport at Hyderabad but also ensured the development of several infrastructure projects.
He also said that they had solved the problems faced by IT giants like Wipro, Infosys, Amazon and brought a special for Hyderabad in the world map. He alleged that the state government had completely ignored animation and gaming companies, which were given a lot priority during the congress party’s rule. He asked the ruling party if it had done any great work that became a model in the country. He also alleged that the state government was not updating any information on its website and added that it had not allotted land to any IT company so far.
Commenting on the irrigation projects of the state, He said that they had sanctioned Rs.1.7 lakh crore to Telangana projects and Rs.90,000 crore to Andhra and Rayalaseema projects. He asked the state government if it had guts to reveal the details about the jobs provided by it to the unemployed youth during the last six years. He said that the Kondapochamma reservoir was not getting water from kaleswaram and added that the Yellampally water was being taken to Kaleswaram. (Maxim News)
