CM KCR Lashes Out at Central Government

Hyderabad, Oct.4 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao lashes out at Central government for its negligent attitude towards Telangana.

The Chief Minister made these remarks after the reply of state tourism minister V. Srinivas goud on Ramappa temple.

Speaking on the occasion, KCR alleged that the center was ignoring the state in all sectors including the tourism sector.

He said that the Telangana state was replete with a great history , arts and customs .

He said that the state was neglected during the 58 year long rule of undivided AP state and it was not promoted at the national level by the erstwhile rulers of the state.

He said that the state has great waterfalls. He said that the Pandavula Gutta of Khammam District was also neglected by the center .

He said that he had asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister on sending the names of the artists from the state for the conferment nod Padmasri and Padma Bhushan awards.

He alleged that the famous Jogulambaa temple was neglected in the undivided AP State .

He recalled that he had launched his padayatra from the Jogulamba temple to fight on the issue of RDS project in the undivided AP state.

He made it clear that the state government would take steps to protect its natural assets .

He said that they would set up committee comprising of the MLAs of all districts of the state and would take steps for the protection and conservation of the historical places.

He alleged that the Center was dilly dallying on the Request of the state government to sanction an airstrip for the last six and half years. (Maxim News)
