Blind School wants Govt to bail it out, appeals to Guv, for her intervention

Hyderabad, October 07 (Maxim News): Hyderabad based Development and Welfare Association of the Blind(DWAB) which runs Nalgonda School for Blind at Nalgonda wants Telangana State Government to bail them out as it is unable to pay staff salaries and maintenance charges. Due to Corona, the Union Government has not released its grant for the year 2020-21 and uncertain about 2021-22.

Today Mr. Chokka Rao, Gen Secretary of DWAB met Her Excellency Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, Honourable Governor of Telangana in Nalgonda who was on a tour to the city and submitted a memorandum urging her to direct the Telangana State Government with regular grant equal to the salaries paid by it for outsourcing and contract employees needed.
