CM hits out at BJP on lies, says to fight at national level for farmers, people

Hyderabad, Nov.18 (Maxim News): Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao today said that they will take up a relentless fight at national level for farmers, water, power and other issues of the people in the country. The TRS has to fight at national level to address daunting problems as the BJP government failed, he said and appealed to the people to join him.

Addressing a mammoth Maha Dharna by the TRS leadership at Indira Park, the TRS boss said that they will take on the Centre for the cause of the people’s rights and address issues.

The ruling party chief ridiculed the BJP for spreading falsehood and telling lies for political gain. The BJP government failed to address issues and tried to fix power meters at the farm wells, he slammed. The CM said that they addressed power issues besides waiving of water cess and giving 24 hour power.

KCR made it clear that they will wage a war against the Centre in the name of Bharaitya Rythu Samithi to fulfill the aspirations of the people of the country on power, water and other issues.

He also announced to take up protest at national level till the paddy row comes to end and go along with the farmers who are fighting at the national capital. He hit out at the BJP leadership for playing dramas and misguiding the farmers to cultivate paddy and now the Centre is denying the produce. The BJP Government at the Centre is inefficient as it failed to come up with a suitable policy to procure paddy, besides addressing the water and power problems in the country, he alleged.

Instead of addressing the problems of the people the BJP government rakes up communal issues and spreads hatred. The Government of India miserably failed to address the farmers’ issues and not responding yet after 50 days of our appeal, he fumed.

‘I wrote a letter to the prime minister on the same issue and if no response comes, the TRS will expand its fight to national level. He attributed the power and water problems to the failure of the Centre. He hit out at the BJP Government for talking lies, Pakistan and surgical strikes and cheating of no use.

The nation has abundant water of 65000 TMC and 4 lakh MW power sources and Modi has no policy to use them properly. Due to inefficient and failure policies they use only half of these resources adding to fighting by the states. There is a need to end the lopsided policies of the Modi government, he said. Modi as the chief minister of Gujrat sat on 51 hours of dharna and now as the PM he is unable to address the problems of the farmers and people, KCR charged. (Maxim News)
