Roshaiah demise: Govt to conduct final rites with state honours, 3 days mourning

Hyderabad, Dec.4 (Maxim News): State Government today condoled the death of former Chief Minister and senior congress leader K Roshaiah. The government decided to conduct the final rituals with state honours. The Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who condoled the death has reportedly directed Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to take measures for the same The state government informed that three days of mourning will be observed in this regard.

Roshaiah breathed his last on being shifted to Star Hospital in the city following a low blood pressure. Later, the family members shifted the body to his residence at Ameerpet. The body will be placed at Gandhi Bhavan for paying homage by the leaders and people on Sunday. The final rites will be conducted at Mahaprasthanam in Jubilee Hills on Sunday at around 1 pm.
