Harish Rao Slams PM Modi

Hyderabad, Feb.10 (Maxim News): Finance & Health Minister T Harish Rao today slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his false remarks against the statehood for Telangana.

He expressed his displeasure at the Prime Minister for indulging in falsehood on the bifurcation and statehood to Telangana. He also faulted Modi for stating that the mother was killed to give birth to the child (bifurcation and did injustice to Andhra Pradesh).

Harish also castigated the Modi government for stating that division of united Andhra Pradesh was not correct as it was not developed. “Now the Prime Minister was spitting venom on the Telangana State formation instead of giving funds and support for the development of the infant State, he felt.

Laying foundation for a T Hub and Radiology Lab at Hanmakonda along with Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao, local leaders and officials, Harish Rao accused Narendra Modi of indulging in vilification campaign against youngest State. After eight years of separate State, Modi was trying to insult the sacrifices of the people of the State and the government.

“Often the Modi government was resorting to malicious campaign against statehood and failing to give funds for development”. Out of 157 medical colleges given to various States, the Modi Government did not spare a single college to Telangana and also several projects like steel factory, coach factory, and others”, he fumed.

The Finance Minister said the BJP Government at the Centre failed to provide any support for State’s development in eight years and Modi has been continuously talking against the State and finding fault with the bifurcation of united Andhra Pradesh and formation of Telangana, he bemoaned.

He also alleged that the BJP Government was deliberately ignoring Telangana appeals for schools, colleges, ITIR, IMA institutions, national status to Kaleshwaram or Palamur Ranga Reddy projects and so on, he said. (Maxim News)
