KTR turns tables on Rahul Gandhi

Hyderabad, Nov.1 (NSS): MA&UD Minister KT Rama Rao today gave a stiff counter to the satires of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who made provocative remarks against Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and his proposed new national party BRS while addressing media persons in Timmapur village in Ranga Reddy district on Monday as part of his Bharat Jodo Yatra.

It may be mentioned here that referring to KCR’s proposed national party BRS, Rahul Gandhi had ridiculed the former that he (KCR) could, if interested, float an “International political party” and contest elections anywhere in the country, but the Congress party was totally against the policies of the BRS.

Responding to Rahul Gandhi’s provocative remarks, the Telangana minister KTR, in his twitter, ridiculed that the “International” leader Rahul Gandhi could not even retain his own Lok Sabha constituency Amethi in Uttar Pradesh. “Such a so-called charismatic leader Rahul Gandhi was talking ill of K Chandrashekar Rao’s national programs and ideals. KTR added that the man, who wants to become Prime Minister of the world’s largest democratic county, should at first try to get elected as a parliamentarian by the people”, he quipped.

Referring to Rahul Gandhi’s “daydreaming that the Congress party would wrest power again in Telangana, Taraka Ramarao said in the 2024 general elections in the country, the battle of ballot will be between divisive forces and democratic forces. (NSS)
