TRS MLAs Poaching Case: SIT Approaches HC

Hyderabad, Nov 22 (Maxim News): The Special investigation Team (SIT) approached the High Court over the non-appearance of the accused in the Farmhouse case.

As part of the investigation of the case, notices were issued to the three accused but they did not appear. The SIT officials asked the bench to issue an order to appear as they were ignoring the notices issued by the SIT. While the Delhi Police informed that BL Santosh had been served notices, the same has been said by the Assistant Solicitor General to the court.

The High Court on hearing the petition of the SIT made it clear that there will be no arrest, then why the accused are not appearing and cooperating with the investigation .

B.L Santosh’s Lawyer requested the Court that he is unable to attend the hearing as he is in Gujarat election campaign. The High Court clarified that the orders given by the Supreme court, the SIT investigation and other issues will be heard again at 10.30 am on Nov 23. The case was adjourned for further hearing tomorrow. (Maxim News)
