Sunil Kanugolu To Appear Before Cyber Crime Police On Jan 8

Hyderabad, Jan 3 (Maxim News): The High Court of Telangana has passed a key order on the petition of Telangana congress strategist Sunil Kanugolu in the Congress war room case. The Court said that stay cannot be given on CCS Notices and directed him to appear before the Cyber Crime Police on January 8 and also directed to cooperate with the investigation. The High Court further ordered the police not to arrest Sunil.

It may be recalled that Sunil Kanugulu approached the High Court in the Congress war room case. A petition has already been filed in the High Court challenging the 41 CrPC notices issued by the Cyber Crime police. After a long argument in the High Court, the key verdict was announced today, supporting 41 CrPC notices issued by cybercrime police.

The lawyer argued on behalf of Sunil Kanugulu that 41 CrPC notices should stay in this case. However, the High Court refused to grant a stay. Sunil has also been ordered to cooperate with the investigation in the same manner as earlier the three accused were ordered to cooperate with the investigation in the same manner as earlier the three accused were ordered to cooperate with the investigation. But Sunil was given the relief of not being arrested by Cyber Crime Police. All suspicions related to the Congress war room case can be fully investigated and statements can be recorded.

The order of the High Court said that Sunil Kanugulu should appear before the Cyber Crime Police inquiry on January 8. In this case, there were allegations that Sunil has deliberately posted on social media derogatory against BRS MLC K.kavitha along with Minister K.Tarak Rama Rao and Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao is the main reason for all this, and cybercrime police have already included him (Sunil) as A1.
