Accused Of Kidnapping Minor Girl And Committing Sexual Assault Arrested

Hyderabad, May 23 (Maxim News): The Sultan Bazar police apprehended the accused Madha Hari Krishna, S/o Narsimha, 27 yrs, caste: Goud, occ; Sentring R/o, at Nalgonda dist and brought to PS Sultan Bazar. Effected the arrest to-day and seized the cell phone which he used in the commission of offence. The accused is being produced before the Nampally court.

The facts of the case are that the complainant’s daughter (Minor girl) was kidnapped from Sultan Bazar Metro station, Hyderabad on 11.05.2024 at about 1000 AM. While the efforts were in progress on 22-5-2024, the kidnapped girl came to Sultan Bazar. Her statement was recorded in which she stated that she was kidnapped by Hari Krishna and took her to Vijayawada and married her in a Hanuman temple, Vijayawada on 16-5-2024 and penitrate of sexual assault at the lodge.

The accused Hari Krishna aged 30 yrs r/o Nalgonda dist who was already married and gave divorce to his wife, but it was pending in the court. Again the said accused married kidnapped the minor girl and committed penitrate of sexual assault in a lodge at Vijayawad. Earlier, the said accused was also committed penitrate of sexual assault in the year 2021.

The case is investigated by S.Srinivasa Chary, Inspector of Police, Sultan Bazar PS under the supervision of  Shankar, ACP Sultan Bazar division and under the direct supervision of DCP East Zone, Hyderabad. (Maxim News)
