AP BJP leader takes oath at temple to prove he is not corrupt

Andhra: General Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) S. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy took the oath at the Swayambu Varasidhi Vinayakaswamy temple in Kanipakam, Chittoor district, and said that throughout his 25-year political career, he has never been involved in corruption.

Shiva Prasad Reddy, according to Vardhan Reddy, levelled false accusations against him and suggested him not to criticise him. A BJP politician has questioned YSRCP leader Shiva Prasad Reddy, questioning why he did not appear at the temple to prove his point and take the oath like him.
