AP High Court Passes Orders on Sangham Diary

Amaravati, May7 (Maxim News): AP High Court passed important orders in the issue of Sangham dairy. It stayed the orders of the state government taking over the control of the dairy. It said that the directors of the dairy could carry out their regular work. It however made it clear that that the management of the dairy should take the permission of the court.

The directors of the dairy approached the HC challenging the GO. The petitioners told the HC that the state government had taken over the company.

The counsel for the state government told the HC that they had appointed officers to look after the day to day affairs of the dairy. They also told the HC as the state government had already arrested the chairman and MD of the company, it said that it was trying to discharge its duties . They told the HC that the directors would have full powers to run the diary. (Maxim News)
