Hyderabad, May 29 (Maxim News): AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi greeted Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for launching Konda Pochamma Sagar project that will offer waters for irrigation.
In Twitter, the MP congratulated the Chief Minister for the new reservoir of 15 tmc capacity and irrigate 2.85 lakh acres.
Owaisi said that the new reservoir will cater to irrigation systems and drinking waters. The MP said that it is, a great step forward. The reservoir will cater to needs of crops and drinking waters he noted. The reservoir built in 15.8 km circular shape by spending Rs 1540 cr with 15 tmc capacity and to irrigate 2.85 laAsaduddin Owaisi Greets KCR On KP Sagar Reservoirkh acres.
The Chief Minister thanked to people who gave lands and properties for K P Reservoir. Along with Seer Tridandi Chinna Jeevan Swamy, KCR today launched Konda Pochamma Sagar project that will offer waters for irrigation and drinking waters. The five districts will benefit are Siddipet, Sanga Reddy, Medak, Medchal and Yadadri. KCR performed Sudarshana and Chandi yagams and pujas at the site and released Godavari waters near Markuk village in Medak district. (Maxim News)
