Asaduddin Owaisi Has Vote In Two Places Against EC Rules: Niranjan
Hyderabad, Jan 6 (Maxim News): Senior Vice President of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee, G. Niranjan said that as per the final voter’s list published by the Election Commission, Asaduddin Owaisi, MP, President of AIMIM is having a vote in two places which is against the Election Commission rules.
He is having a vote in two Assembly segments (1) Rajendra nagar Assembly Constituency EPIC No. KGY0601229 part No. 401, serial Number 906. (2) Khairatabad Assembly Constituency EPIC No. TDZ1557521, Part No. 25 Serial Number 412.
This was brought to the notice of DEO, Hyderabad in a meeting convened by DEO on December 19, but no initiative is taken to delete his name from any one of the above-said assembly constituencies. This indicates the irresponsibility of an elected member of Parliament and also the recklessness of the election machinery in publishing a purified voters list (Maxim News)
