Speaking at the launch, officials said that setting up a PSK inside one of Hyderabad’s busiest metro hubs demonstrates an innovative approach to bringing essential services closer to the public.

The MGBS station, which connects multiple routes, was chosen for its high footfall and connectivity. The model could potentially be replicated in other cities if it proves successful.
