Ashada Bonalu To Start From June 22 : Talasani

Hyderabad, May 26 (Maxim News): Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries, Talasani Srinivas Yadav has declared that the State government has allocated Rs. 15 crore for Banalau Utsavam to be held in Ashadam.  Bonalu will start in Golconda on June 22, he said.

The Minister along with the GHMC Mayor Gadwal vijayalakshmi, Minister Ch. Malla Reddy, Indra karan Reddy, Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari, DGP Anjani Kumar held a review meeting on the management and arrangements of the Bonal festival at Haritha Plaza in Begumpet.  

In this connection, the dates of the festivals to be held in different areas were announced.  It has been revealed that Secunderabad Mahankali Bonals will be held on July 9, Rangam on July 10, Old city Banals on May 16  procession May 17 and Balkampet Ellamma Kalyanam on June 20.  (Maxim News)
