Bachupally Road Accident | Hyderabad, July 21 (Maxim News): Three members of a family from Maharashtra’s Nanded district died in a tragic road accident on National Highway 161 near Bachupally in Sangareddy district during the early hours of Tuesday. Another family member sustained serious injuries and is undergoing treatment.
According to police, the accident occurred when the driver attempted to avoid colliding with an oncoming two wheeler. He applied sudden brakes, causing the car to lose control.
The vehicle overturned, crashed into the road median, and then crossed to the opposite side of the highway. The impact caused severe injuries to all four occupants.
Bachupally Road Accident Leaves Three Dead
The deceased were identified as Mohammad Nadeem (34), his mother Shameema Begum (50), and his four year old daughter Anabiya Thaskeen. All three died on the spot.
Nadeem’s younger brother, Naveed, suffered serious injuries in the accident. Emergency responders shifted him to a nearby hospital, where he is receiving treatment.
Police said the family was travelling from Hyderabad to Nanded when the Bachupally road accident took place on NH 161.
Authorities registered a case and launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances that led to the crash.
Road accidents caused by sudden braking and loss of vehicle control remain a major concern on national highways. Police have urged motorists to maintain safe speeds and exercise caution, especially during night and early morning travel.
