Hyderabad, Sept.4 (Maxim News): Nizamabad Rural MLA Bajireddy Goverdhan has launched a scathing attack on TRS Rajya Sabha MP D Srinivas and demanded that the latter tender resignation to the TRS party and Rajya Sabha membership. “DS is of no use to TRS party”, he said, adding that Nizamabad MP K Kavitha and TRS leaders didn’t make any allegations against DS’s son Sanjay but made allegations by POW leader Sandhya. He said DS son’s atrocities didn’t come to light during Congress regime.
Speaking to the media at the Secretariat after DS’ press meet at Nizamabad in the morning, Bajireddy alleged that DS’ hungama was only for the sake of protecting his Rajya Sabha seat. “DS is thinking that he will continue as Rajya Sabha member in case the party suspended him and hence DS was asking the party to suspend him. DS has to leave the party silently. DS not to forget the fact that he got Rajya Sabha seat only with the blessings of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao”, he claimed.
Alleging that DS was in touch with the Congress party, Bajireddy said DS indulged in negotiations with Congress party while going to Delhi. DS informed Congress party high command that he will join Congress if given party leadership, he told. “We cast our vote for the sake of DS’s Rajya Sabha seat. We, who cast vote to DS, addressed the letter to KCR demanding the latter to suspend DS from the party. But DS addressed a letter to KCR”, he pointed out.
DS would have protected his respect if he sat in the house while tendering resignation to the party and Rajya Sabha seat, he opined. Asking for suspension was with selfish act, Bajireddy said and made it clear that he was answering to DS as a Bajireddy Goverdhan. “I am a person defeated you (DS) in the past with huge majority. There is no need to answer you Chief Minister level person. I am more for you”, he said.
The development of the Nizamabad gone back 20 years due to DS, Bajireddy alleged and said DS was indulging in blackmail activities for the sake of pairavies. He said that DS has to tender resignation to TRS and he has to join his choicest party whatever. People were very clear about DS. People were not ready to cast their vote to DS or his son, he stated. People knew very well the character of his son. Everybody knew the atrocities took place in Sankari College due to Sanjay, he said and asked DS not to certify his son as a good one. “DS has to tender apologies with regrets at least now. Nizamabad people would teach a fitting lesson if you sit without tendering resignation to TRS party”, he warned. (Maxim News)
