Bandi Sanjay pays tributes to Sardar Vallahbai Patel

Hyderabad, Oct.31 (NSS): State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar today paid floral tributes to the former deputy prime minister of the country Sardar Vallahbai Patel on the occasion of birth anniversary at the state party headquarters.

He was accompanied by the national executive member of the party AP Jithender Reddy, former minister Babu Mohan, state party vice president G. Manohar Reddy, national BC commission former member T. Achari and others.

Speaking on the occasion, he recalled the services of Patel and added that Patel had rendered yeomen services to the country. He said that Patel was responsible for the liberation of Telangana state and added that Patel had ensured that Hyderabad princely state was not merged with Pakistan after the freedom of the country. He said that the entire country was celebrating the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel as national unity day in recognition of the services rendered by Patel. (NSS)
