Bhongir MP Talks To Minister Puvvada Over Problems Of Commuters At Toll Plazas

Hyderabad, Jan.12 (Maxim News): Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Sunday enquired about the problems faced by commuters at the toll plazas under his constituency. He expressed his concern about the traffic problems faced by the commuters.

Speaking on the occasion, Venkat Reddy said the commuters were facing severe problems on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada Highway. He said the vehicles stranded at Patangi, Korlapad toll plaza under his constituency. He urged the Centre to give waiver from payment of the toll fee by keeping in view the Sankranti festival.

He also spoke to State Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar over phone on the issue. He urged the minister to hold discussions on the issue with the Chief Minister and solve the problems being faced by the commuters. He also urged the minister to immediately stop the collection of toll by keeping in view the Sankranti festival. (Maxim News)
