BIG TWIST: Governor Calls On The TSRTC Union Leaders

Hyderabad, Aug 5 (Maxim News):  On the one hand, TSRTC leaders were trying to gherao the Raj Bhavan sponsored by the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao government, at the same time, an important update came from Raj Bhavan.  

Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan invited TSRTC union Leaders for discussions.  A meeting will be held through video conference shortly.  On the other hand, the TSRTC workers are trying to gherao the Raj Bhavan and expressing their anger alleging that the Governor has not yet approved the Bill to merge TSRTC with the government.  As this drama was going on, the workers got a call from Governor, Tamilisai Soundara Rajan.

Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan responds to TSRTC employees‘ agitation through a tweet.  She said that she was hurt by the protests of TSRTC workers.  Tamilisai said that she was never against the workers.  She said that the Bill to merge the TSRTC with the government is being thoroughly examined.  Tamilisai clarified that her idea is that no injustice should be done to the rights of TSRTC workers.  As a link to this tweet, Tamilisai added to the caption the news that appeared in a newspaper when the TSRTC workers went on strike in 2019.
