BJP Filed Petition in HC Against the Arrest of Bandi Sanjay

BJP | Hyderabad, April 5 (Maxim News): BJP’s legal cell has filed a petition in the High Court against the arrest of BJP State president and MP Bandi Sanjay and the behavior of the police and the government. The Party legal cell filed this petition challenging the illegal and forced removal of Bandi Sanjay as MP from his house late at night on April 5, the High Court accepted this petition for hearing.

A total of six persons have been included as respondents in this petition. Home Secretary, DGP, Karimnagar, Rachakonda Police Commissioners and Bommala Ramaram CI are the respondents. Before the hearing of the habeas corpus petition, MP Bandi Sanjay was arrested by the police. He was produced in the court of Hanamkonda. In this order, it has become interesting to see how the arguments will be on this petition on April 6.

The court, which refused to hear the petition filed urgently in a house motion, made it clear that the arguments will be heard in the regular bench tomorrow. This petition will be heard in the division bench itself.

The BJP legal team has clarified in this petition all the developments that happened since the time the van went to Sanjay’s house in Karimnagar. In the process of presenting Bandi Sanjay in court, the investigation will be conducted mainly on the illegal arrest. (Maxim News)
