She acknowledged her past role during the BRS government and expressed regret for not ensuring justice to outsourcing workers. She openly apologized and accepted her share of responsibility. However, she shifted focus to the present situation and criticized the current government for continued neglect.

Meanwhile, Kavitha said that nearly five lakh outsourcing and contract employees are facing serious issues. She alleged that the government is favoring private agencies over workers. Therefore, she argued that this approach is causing injustice, even though solutions are available without adding financial burden on the state.

She urged employees to mobilize and prepare for a massive demonstration. She described the current agitation as another phase of the Telangana movement.

In addition, she criticized the silence of intellectuals like M. Kodandaram and G. Haragopal. She said their inaction has negatively affected the cause of outsourcing employees. Therefore, she called on them to respond to the issue.
