Hyderabad, Feb.5 (Maxim News): TRS MLA Jeevan Reddy today expressed displeasure that the centre has failed to allot Turmeric Board to Nizamabad.
He criticized the BJP MP, D Arvind for failure to keep up the poll promise he made to get turmeric board. There is one spices board in Warangal which is of not much use, he said at a press conference at Telangana Bhavan here.
He said that the centre has offered Spices board instead of turmeric board. We sought the centre to give turmeric board on the lines of boards for coffee, tea and rubber other commercial crops in the country.
The BJP leader got a fake GO issued from the centre, he fumed.
Arvind had offered a bond paper on the issue and said he would resign if it was not achieved. Now the BJP should clarify why it failed to keep the promise, he asked.(Maxim News)
