BRS, BJP Leaders Taken Into Custody Ahead Of Revanth’s Vemulawada Visit

Hyderabad, Nov 20 (Maxim News): In the wake of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy‘s visit to Vemulawada on Wednesday, BRS leaders were taken into preventive custody across the district by police.

Mandal-level leaders from the Sircilla and Vemulawada constituencies were taken into custody early in the morning and shifted to local police stations.

Arrests were made in Sircilla, Vemulawada, Thangallapalli, Chandurthi, Konaraopet, Rudrangi and other mandals. Former president of the Sarpanches ‘Forum Matla Madhu, Adigala Raju, G. Rajanna, and others were among those who were taken into preventive custody.

BJP leaders were also taken into preventive custody in some areas. Arrests were made in Sircilla, Vemulawada, Thangallapalli, Chandurthi, Konaraopet, Rudrangi and other mandals. (Maxim News)
