BRS | Hyderabad, Nov 6 (Maxim News) : The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has filed another complaint against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy with the State Election Commission (SEC).
The party alleged that the Chief Minister made inappropriate remarks against a particular community during the Jubilee Hills byelection campaign.
BRS Legislative Party leader T. Madhusudhanachari, along with other senior leaders, submitted the complaint to State Election Commissioner Sudarshan Reddy at BRK Bhavan on Thursday.
The BRS urged the SEC to take immediate action against the Chief Minister, claiming his comments were divisive and violated the election code.
BRS Files Complaint
Minority leaders Ex MLA Amir Shakeel and HYC Salman Khan also filed separate petitions demanding strict action against those responsible for recent alleged attacks on Muslims. This marks the second consecutive complaint filed by BRS against Revanth Reddy this week.
On Wednesday, BRS leaders approached the Jubilee Hills Returning Officer accusing the Chief Minister of making objectionable remarks against former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao.
As the Jubilee Hills by election campaign heats up, BRS’s repeated complaints against the Chief Minister have drawn significant attention in Telangana’s political circles. (Maxim News)
