BRS Supports BC Union Bandh On October 18
Hyderabad, Oct 15 (Maxim News): BC groups leaders met former minister and BRS working president K.Tarak Rama Rao to seek support for the bandh to be held on the 18th of this month.
Speaking on the occasion, K.Tarak Rama Rao said that they should take the issue to Delhi like the Telangana movement and achieve BC reservations. He said that if a bill is tabled in Parliament, it will be their MPs who will vote.
“If both INDI Alliance and NDA want to give reservations to BCs, reservations will come as soon as they drink tea. If both INDI Alliance and NDA come together, the BC Reservation Bill will immediately become a law.”
“If the bill is tabled in Parliament, it will definitely be passed in favor. If BJP leaders take it to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding BC reservations, we will come and express our support. Since the Prime Minister himself is an OBC, it would be good if he is sincere about BC reservations, said KTR. (Maxim News)
