BRS Suspends MLC K Kavitha

Hyderabad, Sept 2 (Maxim News): the BRS party led by former chief minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao who is also father of K.Kavitha who is now suspended from the BRS party. The party high command has taken a decision to suspend her. BRS has made an official statement to this effect.

Kavitha, who is an MLC of the BRS party, has been openly criticizing the internal affairs of the party for the past few days. Kavitha has put the BRS party in a dilemma by indirectly criticizing BRS working president KTR and directly criticizing former minister Jagadish Reddy. Within hours of the Congress government deciding to conduct a CBI investigation into Kaleshwaram, kavitha held a press meet and openly made sensational allegations against Harish Rao and Santosh.

BRS was angered by making serious allegations that Harish and Santosh were the reason behind KCR’s corruption. In this episode, the BRS leadership supported Harish rao. The BRS leadership was angry at Kavitha for directly targeting former minister Harish Rao and former MP Santosh. It is known that Kavitha had made severe criticisms, saying that Kaleshwaram had come this way because of Harish Rao,. That is why he was not continued as the Irrigation Minister for a second term.

Kavitha’s comments that Harish Rao and Santosh are corrupt and Revanth Reddy is behind these two have created a huge uproar in the BRS party. Shortly after Kavitha made her comments, KCR held urgent talks with KTR and several other key party leaders. The high command took opinions from key leaders on what to finally do about Kavitha. The party has recently decided to suspend Kavitha from the party and has issued a statement. (Maxim News)
