Burglar Held In Hyderabad: Gold Worth Rs. 7 Lakhs Recovered

Hyderabad, Dec 20 (Maxim News): The Jagathgirigutta police nabbed a burglar involved in several theft cases and recovered stolen gold ornaments worth Rs. 7 lakh on Friday.

N. Bharath (23), a resident of Jagadgirigutta and a native of Warangal, who lost his parents at a young age stayed in an orphanage. Eventually, when working in a saloon, he got addicted to smoking and drinking liquor and eventually started committing burglaries.

Bharath, along with his friends were involved in several burglaries after the Covid lockdown, the police said.

He was arrested and sent to jail by the Medipally and Charminar police in 2022 in theft cases.  However, after being released from prison, he continued committing burglaries,” said G.Hanumantha Rao, ACP, Balanagar.

He was recently involved in a burglary case in Allwyn Colony in Jagadgirigutta, following which a case was booked and he was arrested.  (Maxim News)
