Burglars Loot 21 Tolas of Gold, ₹1 Lakh Cash from House in Rajendra Nagar

Hyderabad, July 3 (Maxim News): In a daring burglary in Rajendranagar, unidentified thieves looted 21 tolas of gold ornaments and ₹1 lakh in cash from a residence in Krishnanagar Colony while the family was away celebrating a birthday.

The victim, Swapna, had gone to a relative’s home to celebrate her son’s birthday. Upon returning late in the evening, she found the house ransacked. Jewelry and cash stored inside had been stolen.

Police Launch Investigation

Swapna immediately alerted the Rajendranagar Police, who arrived at the scene and began collecting clues. A case has been registered, and CCTV footage from nearby homes and shops is being examined. Authorities are also conducting door-to-door inquiries in the neighborhood to identify possible suspects or eyewitnesses.

Incidents of burglary continue to raise concerns about residential security in the Rajendranagar area. Police have urged residents to install CCTV systems and ensure proper locking mechanisms while leaving homes unattended.
