Case Of MLAs Defections: BRS MLAs Met Assembly Secretary
Hyderabad, Sept 11 (Maxim News): The BRS Party has started action on the recent order given by the High Court in the case of MLAs who have switched parties. BRS MLAs went to the Assembly Speaker’s office on Wednesday (Sept 11) to demand the implementation of the court orders. BRS MLAs Padi Kaushik Reddy and K P Vivekananda handed over the petition to the Assembly Secretary.

It may be recalled that the High Court recently instructed the Speaker to take action against the three MLAs who left the BRS and joined the Congress within a month, or else they would re-hear the case themselves. The High Court directed the Assembly Secretary to release the proceedings as the dates of the inquiry schedule against the MLAs who switched parties. (Maxim News)
