Hyderabad, May 17 (Maxim News): The Nampally court has quashed the case registered against Minister Sridhar Babu in the Kaleshwaram land acquisition case. The case was registered by the Basant Nagar Police of Peddapalli district in 2017.
The Nampally court has quashed the cases registered against 13 people including Sridhar Babu.
Sridhar Babu’s lawyer argued that the then BRS government had filed cases under sections 147, 353, 427 read with 149 of the IPC despite the peaceful protest. The Nampally court agreed with the arguments and dismissed the case. (Maxim News)
