CII To Take Business Delegation To Israel To Explore Indo-Israel Partnership
Hyderabad, Nov.12 (Maxim News): Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is taking a Business Delegation from Telangana to Israel scheduled between November 16-21, with the objective of exploring the opportunities and collaboration in Agriculture, Water and Renewable Energy & Healthcare sectors.
The focus of the CII delegation is, to establish a partnership between MSMEs in Telangana with Israel MSMEs on the technology adaption in areas such as Water, Renewable Energy, Agriculture & Healthcare sectors. The agenda of the visit will include Industry & Institutional visits in Israel and meetings with Key Experts, CEO’s , Trade Bodies of Israel and Startups.
MSME is the key sector for any country in terms of GDP and also employment. There is a need for Indian MSMEs to adapt the cutting edge technology for the global competence. Hence this business delegation to Israel is aimed to understand the latest technology and exchange of new ideas and collaboration between the companies of both the nations.
In line with the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi which aims to provide tap water to all the houses by 2024, the delegation will also focus on the technologies which can address the India’s problems at affordable cost.
During his address, Honorary Consul General of Israel for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Ken Udai Sagar, addressed on the opportunities and latest technological interventions in Israel and possible collaboration between Indian and Israeli MSMEs.
This is a 16 member industry delegation which includes companies such as Meera & Ceiko Pumps, Appidi Technologies Pvt Ltd, Elico Ltd, SimplyJith Investment Holdings, KMC Constructions, Prasuna Infra, Sri Datta Electronics and TSIIC etc.
The meeting was attended by the entrepreneurs and representatives of the MSMEs from Telangana, who are part of the CII delegation. (Maxim News)
