Hyderabad, July 12: Minister Konda Surekha said Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has prioritised temple development and allocated large funds for restoration and tourism projects.
Surekha spoke after attending events in Warangal, including the Library Association oath taking. She said development work worth thousands of crores is underway at temples.
She added the state will boost temple tourism from Basara to Bhadrachalam.
She urged Congress workers to prepare for Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation elections. She asked party ranks to step up groundwork to win the mayoral seat. The minister also attended local programmes during her visit to Warangal city.
