Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is set to leave for Delhi this afternoon. The visit is seen as politically significant as the Congress government in Telangana completes nearly a year in office. Reports indicate that Revanth Reddy is scheduled to meet All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Mallikarjun Kharge during his trip.

According to party sources, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Chief Mahesh Kumar Goud and Jubilee Hills MLA Naveen Yadav are also likely to accompany the Chief Minister. The meeting with Kharge assumes importance amid ongoing discussions within the party over organizational matters and political developments in the state.

Though official details of the agenda are yet to be confirmed, the visit is expected to focus on key administrative and political issues, including strengthening coordination between the state and the national leadership. It comes at a time when the Telangana Congress is preparing for municipal elections and reviewing progress on its major promises under the state government’s governance plan.
