CM Thanks Huzurnagar Voters; Showers Many Gifts For Development Of Area
Huzurnagar, Oct.26 (Maxim News): Whole-heartedly thanking the people of Huzurnagar Assembly constituency for the resounding victory they have given to the TRS party candidate Saidi Reddy in the by-election, Chief Minister KCR today showered a number of gifts to the segment.
Addressing a huge gathering here, the Chief Minister said that the people deserve some special treatment for the support they have extended to the TRS party. He announced that Rs.25 crores special grant will be given for development of Huzurnagar Municipality, Rs.30 lakhs for each Mandal and Rs.20 lakhs for each panchayat in the constituency, from the Chief Minister’s discretionary fund. He also announced creation of a Revenue Division with Huzurnagar as headquaters. He advised the people to utilize the funds wisely in consultation with their MLA.
The Chief Minister also said that a Banjara Bhavan will be constructed at Huzurnagar. He also sanctioned Rs.15 crore for Nereduchala Municipality. He further announced the starting of a residential school for girijans of the area.
Chandrasekhar Rao said that though he could not visit Huzurnagar for electioneering, the people have elected the TRS candidate with more than 40,000 vote majority for Saidi Reddy, and this will inspire the TRS government to work for the people with even more dedication. “This was not an ordinary victory. The other parties levelled many allegations and charges, raised many doubts. But you, the voters, sifted through all of that and chose your MLA with a strong majority,” he said. The victory given by the people will make them to work with more dedication.
KCR further promised that from now on he will focus on bringing Godavari river water to the Nagarjunasgar Left Canal to ensure irrigation to the entire possible ayacut in the constituency and in the erstwhile Nalgonda district. “This must be done and will be done,” he said. He also said that he will be touring from Nagarjunsagar to Huzurnagar shortly.(Maxim News)
