Commissioner Task Force Raided Belt Shops And Bar Establishments In The Limits Of Hyderabad

Hyderabad, June 23 (Maxim News) The sleuths of the Commissioner’s Task Force on credible information raided belt shops and bars that were serving liquor in the early morning hours across various police jurisdictions in Hyderabad. The raids took place in the limits of Banjara Hills, Borabanda, and Chikkadpally Police Stations. During the operation, they apprehended three individuals and seized 48 Liters of Liquor worth Rs. 1,06,000/-from their possession.

Chittuluri Srinivas 48 Yrs, occ: Pan Shop, R/o., Indira Nagar, Road No 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. V. Narasimha Age  Occ: Labour, R/o: Vinayak Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad. M.Mallesh Narasimha age.34, Occ: Pvt job at Bar &; Restaurant, R/o Sai Krishna nagar colony, Ramanthpur, were arrested and seized 48 Liters Liquor worth Total worth Rs: 1,06,000 /-

The accused individuals revealed that they were purchasing liquor from local liquor shops and simultaneously selling it at higher prices during nighttime after the closing of Wine/Bar Shops, illegally profiting from these transactions. The Restaurant & Bar styled as Blue Heavens in the limits of Musheerabad PS operated in the early hours, around 0630 Hrs, Serving Liquor to needy customers before the permitted time by violating the Rules and Regulations of the Excise Department. The accused persons have been handed over to the concerned police stations for further legal action. The above raid was made under the supervision of Inspectors  E. Jangaiah, West Zone,  N. Ramakrishna, Central Zone, and staff of Commissioner’s Task Force Hyderabad. (Maxim News)
