Conduct Awareness On Coronavirus: Centre To CMs

Hyderabad, oct.1 (Maxim News): Union Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba today instructed all the Chief Secretaries to take up an intensive and focused communication campaign towards creating awareness on Covid appropriate behaviour among citizens.

His meeting with the states gets importance as the centre has released unlock 5.0 guidelines allowing educational institutions, theaters, parks, and public gathering spots with Corona protocols.

From Delhi, the Cabinet Secretary held a video conference with all the Chief Secretaries on public health response to Covid-19.

He directed the Chief Secretaries to maintain continuous vigil due to the approaching festival and winter season as well as opening up of economic activities. He stressed the need to avoid huge gatherings and take necessary steps.

Fear of testing should be addressed and more and more people should be encouraged to undergo testing, he added. Maintaining physical distancing, wearing of mask and hand hygiene should be intensively propagated.
