CS Directs All Officials To Make All Arrangements For Independence Day Fete

Hyderabad, Aug.5 (Maxim News): Chief Secretary SK Joshi today directed officials of various departments to make fool-proof arrangements for the Independence Day celebrations scheduled to be held on August 15 at the Golconda fort.

The CS held a review meeting on the issue with the officials of all the departments at the Secretariat. Speaking on the occasion, Joshi told the officials that arrangements should be made in the same manner as the arrangements of the last year. He said the CM would first pay tributes to martyrs of the country at the Parade grounds and Telangana memorial before proceeding to the Golconda fort to hoist the national flag. He asked the officials to make special arrangements in view of the wet spell.
