Delhi Blast Was A Terrorist Attack: US Secretary Of State Marco Rubio

Washington/Internet/Hyderabad, Nov 13 (Maxim News):  US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has described the blast near Delhi’s Red Fort as a terrorist attack. He praised India’s approach in investigating the terrorist incident. The US Embassy in India expressed condolences to the victims. US Secretary of State Rubio issued a statement. When asked about the terrorist attack in India at a media briefing on the sidelines of the G7 Foreign Ministers’ meeting, he said, “India’s investigation should be commended. It was very thorough and careful. The investigation is ongoing. This is clearly a terrorist attack.

The car was full of dangerous explosives. Many people lost their lives in the explosion. I think they are doing a great job in the investigation. I spoke to Indian External Affairs Minister Jaishankar about this incident. India is capable of conducting its own investigation. No help is needed,’ he said. He said that they understand the seriousness of this incident. They are waiting to know what the investigation reveals. We have provided help. But they do not need that help. They are already doing a good job. Jaishankar and Rubio met at the G7 summit in Ontario, Canada. Rubio expressed condolences to those who died in the Delhi blast during the talks.
