Pulwama/Hyderabad, Nov 14 (Maxim News): Security forces razed the home of Delhi bomb blast mastermind Umar Mohammed, also known as Umar-un-Nabi, in Pulwama, south Kashmir, early Friday morning. The incident follows last Monday evening’s Delhi blast near Red Fort, which claimed the lives of 13 people and left over 20 injured. This deadly attack triggered intense investigations across multiple states. Authorities matched DNA samples found at the blast site with those from Umar’s mother, confirming that Umar was present in the car involved in the explosion. This led to the swift demolition of his Pulwama residence, underlining the government’s resolve against terrorism.

Umar’s background reveals he was a doctor at Al-Falah University, Faridabad. Officials also detained his close associates, doctors Muzammil and Shaheen, for further questioning. This move signals that enforcement agencies are prioritizing the tracing and dismantling of suspicious networks connected to Umar and the blast.

Meanwhile, authorities are continuing their investigation to uncover the complete details behind the conspiracy and to ensure those responsible are brought to justice. The demolition of Umar’s house is viewed as both a punitive and deterrent measure intended to send a clear message to those contemplating or enabling terror activities.

This latest development highlights the intensity of India’s security response following major terror incidents. Law enforcement is working alongside intelligence agencies to prevent further violence and to reassure the public about the safety of national landmarks and urban centres. With Umar’s network under scrutiny, the government stresses that anyone aiding terrorism will face immediate consequences.
