Delhi HC Postponed Hearing On Bail Petition Of Kavitha

Delhi/Hyderabad, May 10 (Maxim News):  The Delhi High Court has postponed the hearing on the bail petition filed  by MLC Kavitha to May 24.

It is known that Kavita’s bail petition was dismissed by Rouse Avenue Court recently. Kavita approached the Delhi High Court for bail. In this regard, the lawyers filed a petition on her behalf yesterday. The Delhi High Court has taken up the investigation today.

Later, the next hearing was postponed to May 24. The ED sought time to hear arguments on the bail petition filed by Kavita. It seems that the Delhi High Court has postponed the hearing to May 24. (Maxim News)
